The tube mill is composed of revolving, bearing, feeding and discharging, transmission, measuring device and other parts. When the mill is working, the power of the motor is driven by the reducer (edge or center drive) to make the mill barrel rotate. The cylinder body is equipped with a grinding body, and the material is fed into the grinding chamber of the cylinder body by the feeder through the hopper, and the fine grinding chamber is impacted and ground by the grinding body. The ground material is sent to the cylindrical sieve through the discharge grate hole, lifting plate, and spiral discharge pipe for separation. The bulk material is discharged through the discharge hood, and the fine powder is transported to the storage through the sieve conveying equipment. In order to meet user requirements, our company has adopted fully enclosed self-aligning main bearings in recent years. The bearing has a static pressure structure and is lubricated by high and low pressure oil stations. The barrel of the tube mill adopts ladder liner and angle spiral liner. The material of the lining board is high chromium cast, which is beneficial to improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption and consumption of grinding bodies.
